Services include Fractional CFO services, SEC filing preparation, quarterly closing, monthly internal reporting, and financial projection modeling. Wells Compliance uses a cloud-based solution that simplifies data gathering and eliminates the need for clients making their own entries into the accounting ledgers. As well, with its information platform, Wells Compliance makes available to management, auditors and stakeholders an innovative way to truly understand their company’s real time financial condition. Wells Compliance Group is based in Los Angeles. Services are provided on a flat fee basis for periodic reporting, and a menu basis for transition and transaction-based projects.

    Irina Pestrikova

    Director of Operations

    Irina Pestrikova has significant experience working directly with financial professionals to resolve complex accounting and reporting issues. She has experience with stock option valuation, financial reporting and compliance, as well as with the development of SEC reporting software. Irina provided controller, financial planning and analysis, and merger and acquisition services to clients in the software, water treatment, oil and gas, and fashion industries. She also led project management, documentation and testing of internal controls for financial reporting and disclosure at several companies seeking to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Irina holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.

    David R. Wells

    Founder and CEO

    David R. Wells has served as CFO of several public and pre-public companies and led multiple public offerings, reverse mergers, private placements, and M&A transactions:  ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: NDRA), Sionix Corporation (OTCBB: SINX), Voyant International Corporation (OTCBB: VOYT), PowerHouse Technologies Group, Inc. (now Migo Software, Inc.). He has served in several other companies as a consultant, including BroadStream, Inc., Hollywood Stock Exchange (, and Cord Blood America, Inc. David is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wells Compliance Group, and has been in the public company arena for 15 years. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and has been involved in several charitable organizations - Goodwill of Southern California, The Leukemia Foundation (Team in Training) and First Star.


SEC Reporting

Wells Compliance’s web-based platform is an innovative method for public companies to prepare timely and accurate periodic SEC reports: Forms 10-K and 10-Q, Transactional Forms 8-K, S-1, S-8, Compliance Forms 3,4 and 5. It provides a sustainable source to operate the business more accurately by enabling companies to monitor lagging indicators of risk and performance.

CFO Services

Wells Compliance offers CFO-level services including the transition management, analysis of operating efficiency, and fund raising assistance. We also provide support for investor relations, board of director and audit committee participation, M&A transactions, APO/IPO planning and preparation, and GAAP transaction structure advice.

Relationship Management

The Wells Compliance network includes strategic alliances with accounting and law firms both regional and international. We have an extensive network of companies that provide services such as investor relations firms, XBRL filings, insurance brokers, transfer agents, broker dealers and venture capital groups. The purpose of these alliances is to secure preferred pricing levels for our clients and to ensure employment of competent service providers.

GAAP-Level Accounting & Analysis

Wells Compliance offers extensive operational and technical accounting experience including knowledge of GAAP requirements and current ASC pronouncements, financial and SEC reporting assistance and support with the preparation of roll-forwards, consolidations and analysis, as well as a variety of GAAP-level worksheets that include derivatives, Black Scholes, equity transactions, revenue recognition and warrant/option valuation.

Bookkeeping Transactions

Wells Compliance provides full service transaction management including day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative tasks on which the financial foundation of your company is formed.
